In the footer of every email is a link to update your preferences.  When you click the link in the email, you will be taken to a preferences screen that is pre-populated with your current profile information. You can opt-out of receiving marketing or promotion related emails and texts here.  Emails and texts sent will contain a message and link on how to opt-out of that type of communication in the future.
